Govt launches Startup India Hub to make startups succeed.
India has the largest startup ecosystem in the world, with 3-5 startups being launched daily. To ensure that these startups succeed and To strengthen the startup system in our country, Govt. Has launched the startup Indian hub. It’s a Virtual platform for all the Entrepreneurs in India to discover and interact with each other.
The Launch event was started by a discussion on ‘Navigating the startup ecosystem’ to mail focus on the difficulties Entrepreneurs face while starting a venture. The startup India hub portal focuses on the inequality in information and lack of access to knowledge, tool across the tiers.
The portal will provide learning and development, networking, mentor ship and funding for startups. The Hub has joined hands with various organisations to on board Investors and Entrepreneurs. Dedicated applications are available on both Android & iOS operating systems. The portal has summed up over 50 govt. Schemes and In the next phase, all govt. Schemes and programs will be available on the hub.
The portal has a smart UI to provide a better user experience with chatbots to automatically update info. And respond to queries. The Startup Hub was inaugurated by Nirmala Sitharaman along with Ramesh Abhishek, Secretary Di, Deepak Bagla, CEO of Invest India, and Rajeev Aggarwal, Joint Secretary DIPP.
Nirmala Sitharaman also spoke about the govt’s plan to launch a SAARC startup meet to gather international exposure for our India based startups and help them facilitate with better ideas and plans.
