You can change their ‘No’ to ‘Yes’ and to Bring this change of mind is a challenging task, but it can be done only by trying and here are some steps you should follow :

1) Address their concerns:- Once you understand their concerns, you must come up with best solutions and also tell them what you’re willing to change According to their requirements. Makes them believe that you listened to their concerns and are working accordingly. Sometimes, it might not be your fault. Perhaps you’ve contacted the person at a bad time or in a bad mood, if that’s the case, keep reading.

Ask them in a polite and professional manner about what isn’t working right for them rather than asking silly and stupid questions that will only frustrate them. Once you get clarification about what isn’t working right. You must withdraw your shortcomings as soon as possible.

3) Keep the conversation going:- It’s important to maintain the communication to not to be forgotten. The people who says ‘No’ to you have placed you out of their mind and you’ve to give them some strong reasons to remember you. However, this doesn’t mean that Disturbing them with unnecessary mails and phone calls, it’ll get you nowhere. Instead, be patient and gradually move the conversation. Just ask for a good time to have a meeting so that you can come with your new proposal. Brief them clearly about what you didn’t offer last time and as for them for saying ‘Yes’. It must be compelling enough to give you the second chance.
