How to improve the quality of your meetings ??

As an associate, There must be various numbers of meetings in the office and you may wonder why so many meetings can’t provide you productive outcomes. Could it be your way of handling the groups and meeting isn’t working right ? If its so, here are some ways to enhance quality of meetings.

1) Share a new skill:- Set some time aside during the meeting to introduce a new skill, this could be confidence building, sealing the deal, summarizing .Etc. each member of the group should work out and perform a key role for the new skills.

2) Encourage them to Socialise:- Request the members of the group to come early, they may use this time to share stories like some funny incidents .Etc. These kind of interactions makes them relax, receptive and responsive.

3) Try a new setting:- As an executive, you don’t want your meeting to take place within the confined walls of a boring boardroom. Try to make your boardroom more attractive like being in tune with mother nature, Avoid strict dress code too.

4) Follow creativity:- Creative exercises are helpful in resolving company’s issues, place the creative problems related​ to your enterprise in form of paintings or pictures and as the attendees enter the room, provide them a notepad to examine the scenarios regarding. Mark their innovative solutions on paper and attach them to the respective problem.

    I think a big problem with meetings is that sometimes you don’t actually need a meeting. An email would have been more than enough.
